Victory Hills Neighborhood Association is a cooperation of of neighborhoods between Garfield to Gibson and Richmond to Yale.

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of most months (July and August are  currently the exceptions). 

Residents (whether you own or rent your home) of the Victory Hills neighborhood are encouraged to attend meetings. We invite those who work and volunteer within the boundaries, too!
